We’re glad you’re here!
If you’re new to this community, you’re not alone! We are currently in a season of transition and are a bit “under construction” as we get oriented with our new leadership team. You are welcome to visit with us any time.
What to expect:
Our gatherings are simple and centered on Christ.
We come together to focus our attention on Jesus—celebrating who God is, what He has done, and who He is forming us to be.
Our Sunday gatherings typically include songs, Scripture, prayer, and reflection. We give thanks for God’s faithfulness and anticipate what He is continuing to do among us.
While there is a “trellis” that gives structure to our time together, our goal isn’t performance… it’s participation.
Depending on the day, that might include opportunities to share, pray with one another, or listen for how the Spirit is at work.
We’re convinced that the Christian life was never meant to be lived alone. Church is not a building or an event…it’s a people.
Like the first followers of Jesus in Acts 2, we commit ourselves to the rhythms of prayer, teaching, shared meals, and gathering regularly to be formed by Christ… together.
-
Come as you are. Some people dress casually, others a little more formal. We care more about your presence than appearance.
-
Generally, our time together starting at 10:30 is about 60 minutes. It’s longer if you linger, which we lovingly encourage.
-
Nope. You’ll be welcomed as you arrive, but there’s no pressure. We hope to be hospitable, not awkward.
-
Yes. If you’re a follower of Jesus who has confessed Him as Lord of your life, we invite you to share in communion with us.
If you’re exploring faith, you’re welcome to observe without pressure.
It is our practice to come forward to receive the elements as a symbol of responding to God’s invitation. -
We mix older hymns and modern worship songs. It’s not about preference, but looking to respond to God together.
-
Children are not the “future church”…they are part of the Church now. We welcome kids to participate in our gatherings alongside the rest of the community.
There are activity bags children are invited to use during our time together. As a ministry to families, we also currently offer a nursery and teaching time for our youngest children during the message.
Our goal is to create a space where children can encounter Jesus in ways that are engaging, age-appropriate, and rooted in the love of Christ.
